How many reeds should I use?

We include enough reeds to customize your scent strength.

• 5–6 reeds for a softer, subtle fragrance

• 7–8 reeds for a fuller scent experience

Start small — you can always add more.

Should we flip the reeds?

Yes — for a stronger scent refresh, you may gently rotate the reeds every 1–2 weeks.

If you prefer a consistent, low-maintenance experience, flipping is not required. The diffuser will continue to fragrance your space naturally.

Important: Always rotate over a protected surface to avoid oil contact with furniture.

Where should I place my diffuser?

For best results, place your diffuser in:

• Entryways

• Living rooms

• Bedrooms

• Bathrooms

Avoid placing directly under vents or in direct sunlight, as this may cause the fragrance oil to evaporate more quickly.

How long will my reed diffuser last?

Our 5.5 oz reed diffusers typically last 3–4 months, depending on room size, airflow, and the number of reeds used.

For a lighter scent, use fewer reeds.

For a stronger fragrance experience, insert more reeds.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
