Shipping Policy
At Home Addition, we take great care in preparing and packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because many of our items are hand-prepared and carefully packaged, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods such as product launches, holidays, or sales events. If there is a delay, you will be notified by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Packaging & Care
Our products—especially candles, diffusers, and home décor—are carefully packaged to minimize damage during transit. However, once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Home Addition is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Home Addition is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Home Addition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
